“They had a sixth child.”

I guess the anchor baby card doesn’t work if you’re a white European, does it?

They are the wrong nationality. If they were from Latin America they would be considered Dreamers and on the pathway to citizenship.

Yet Mr. Obama’s illegal alien uncle and aunt remain, collecting welfare benefits every month....

Grotesque that we allow anybody from across the southern border, many drug dealers, murders, rapist, etc to stay, but these people looking to avoid a civil rights situation that even the UN have declared are deported.

“Michael Farris, that organization’s founding chairman, told MailOnline in a telephone interview that the even if the federal government doesn’t believe home schooling is a human rights issue that qualifies for political asylum, it can still let the family remain in the US and home school their children.”

If American jurisprudence from long before the Revolutionary War has any meaning, then ones children Are ones possessions. And, since Moses came off a mountain with those stone tablets, Western Civilization has agreed with the Mosaic Law phrase: “You shall teach them diligently to your children”.

“You” meant the parents, not “Trough Feeding Pooblik Screwel Collective” employee.

In this case, America chooses between the Prussian and the traditional American education models.

Does America still believe in private property?

If so, are not the children created by the very bodies of parents theirs?

Who knows better a child - the parents or a Union Teacher?

PS The answer to the above question is obvious in the well documented superior performance of home schooled students compared to all other classes of students.

Yeah, if they were Muslim, LGBT, hispanic, had come here illegally, pro abortion, maybe burned a flag or two, said a few negative but unfounded things about Sarah Palin, took a pro gun control stance... The left, MSM, and hussein’s administration would be falling all over themselves to help these heroic parents.

I forgot to mention the link to Obama and the anti-Americanism of the Regime - Homeland Security was the agency which filed the deportation suit against the Home Schooling family.

Obama is paying off his union supporters in the Teachers Unions.

Given the vastly superior achievement of home schooled students compared to those ‘educated’ by the union teachers in the public schools, it is no wonder that Obama is attempting to destroy this example of home schooling success.

Should anyone doubt the above, just look at the article’s pictures of the home schooled students - then compare them to what you see shuffling around a public school.

How about we deport them to Mexico - they walk back to the US across the Southern Border (during sequestration) - and then we given the work papers and then Amnesty?

That way everyone wins. The president says that he deported them, and the RINOs said they showed compassion for them by letting them stay here.
