Well, we ARE talking about Kentucky here, not Minnesota. She'd have been a pain in the a** for awhile, but McConnell (NOT a fan of his, BTW) would've defeated her, IMO.
I’m a Kentucky voter. It would have been close, and that’s a bad thing.
Republicans here were salivating over the prospect of her being his opponent which is why the Democrats essentially chased her out themselves - they were fearful her huge loss would damage their down ticket races as well. With videos her pledging to do “whatever Obama wants”, appearing in videos for NARAL lamenting the lack of abortion clinics, written articles where she condemns people having children, fathers giving away daughters at weddings, etc. she would not have gotten anywhere fast.
