I arrived in Seattle (from Alabama) in my teens. It was a cool place then with lots to do and little crime. It’s still a pretty place but absolutely infested with nanny-state lefties.
BTW: It sprinkled this morning but the sun has come out and it is gorgeous right now. Off to play in it again while it lasts ;-)
It honestly doesn’t rain as much as people think.
But we keep that a secret so more Californians won’t move here.
