What percent of those are wanting any kind of ‘til death do you part’ relationship?
Same sex civil unions have been legal in Illinois since June 1, 2011. So far I can only find about 1600 same sex civil unions. I suspect that was the first rush. The statistics in other countries look the same. There’s a dearth of homosexuals wanting permanent relationships or legal protection for their relationships.

I believe you’re right... I think this is all part of the left-wing progressives/communists’ sinister quest to deconstruct and destroy the United States of America from within and what better way to go about it than to undermine, redefine, and ultimately eradicate our most foundational building block necessary for a moral society to flourish.... marriage and the traditional nuclear family.
I often wonder why the American left is so hell-bent on ruining and destroying every single tradition and institution that has made our nation the greatest in the history of the planet? I mean, don’t they have to live here too???

I don’t really care what the law says. My faith tells me that a marriage is between a man and a woman, and if the State does otherwise it is to their shame, not mine.
