If a physician asks you about guns in your home or recommends getting rid of them ask them to sign this: Physician Affidavit of Qualifications and Liability Bet they won't sign it!!!

I love it. I think most pediatricians who were handed one of those forms would stop ask any patients or their parents about guns.
