The U.S. government won't appeal a court decision blocking it from requiring tobacco companies to put large graphic health warnings on cigarette packages.
In a letter obtained by The Associated Press, Attorney General Eric Holder says the Food and Drug Administration will go back to the drawing board and propose new labels.

What? I watch ever single week because it is the best show on TV and never saw this. Perhaps maybe the actress or actor is gay but not the character on the show. Can you explain? If it is an actor/actress who is gay in their private life, I am not sure that you can say that NCIS is promoting gays. How do we know unless you read the celebrity rags?

Warning labels in cigarettes are like gun free zone signs...and about as effective.
It has been seared into my brain. NCIS is my favorite show, so I was super pissed.
McGee and Dorneget are transporting a female, and they lose her. McGee accuses Dorneget of losing her because she was hot and flirting. Dorneget then says that he’s gay.
I saw a new (to me) ad on tv last night from J.C.Penny, advertising Easter clothes for the family, only they didn't actually say the word "Easter".
In the ad they showed 4 children, toddlers, maybe 2-3 yrs old and at the end, the little girl kissed the other little girl on the cheek and the little boy kissed the other little boy on the cheek. Innocent enough for toddlers but the implication was clear, it's ok for boys to kiss boys and girls to kiss girls, no matter what age.
J.C. Penny continues with the homosexual agenda, only now they may be trying to be more subtle with the message.
That is a shame. I don’t even understand why they need to have that in the scenario. Once McGee said that Dorneget could just laugh and go one. I hate the infestation of gayness into I guess now all shows. It is so unnecessary and adds nothing to the show.

I don’t understand why a business would make a political statement for either side. You’re going to alienate a group of potential customers either way.
I think it detracts from the show. NCIS has a large older crowd of fans. They don’t want to hear about homos. Hollywood, it seems, is just filled with drug addled sexual deviants. I’ve been reading a lot more...way better than television.
