My tagline will never hold all the names we are being called.

Aww. Email got misdirected; was meant to go to the new, “legitimate” democratically-elected government in Cairo, Egypt.

In a way, I almost want to congratulate the state representative. His reply was vile, but at least he gave an honest response about what he really feels in his twisted, bigoted heart.

If this is what our elected officials that are running our government think of the citizens, do we really need to question the need for our Constitutional protections?

Mitchell, who is black, did not respond to email and telephone messages from AL.com seeking comment this week. He told the Associated Press today that he was explaining that citizens who descended from slaves and were disenfranchised by the state constitution have a different view of history and the constitution than white citizens.

One problem with their "view" is they're unable to recognize the hundreds of thousands of white Americans who gave their lives to give black folk their freedom.
