The Justices should ask the gay marriage proponents to describe how their 'marriage' is consummated.

"Within the Roman Catholic Church, a marriage that has not yet been consummated, regardless of the reason for non-consummation, can be dissolved by the Pope. Additionally, an inability or an intentional refusal to consummate the marriage is probable grounds for an annulment. Catholic canon law defines a marriage as consummated when the "spouses have performed between themselves in a human fashion a conjugal act which is suitable in itself for the procreation of offspring, to which marriage is ordered by its nature and by which the spouses become one flesh." Perhaps those of other religions could state their standards.

Many religions are going to be in for a rough ride existing under this tyrannical government - pastors and clergy will be jailed for refusing to perform weddings, they will be charged with hate crimes for reading from the bible, etc. This is not going to end well, and it certainly is not going to end with just same sex marriage - the polygamists have already tried to take their case to the courts in UT back in 2009(?). The folk who want to marry their pets, the bestiality gang, everything you can think of (and some not imaginable), will pounce once gay marriage clears SCOTUS. It will probably cause a log jam at the various court levels.

“Man” will not be able to stop this, but GOD certainly will.
