the help there is always courteous, and there’s plenty of it.

Maybe some of them could come and work at my Walmart? At the store I shop at, it isn't unusual to find only two checkout lanes open and full grocery carts lined up a half dozen deep with shoppers spending 45 minutes just waiting in line.

It's gotten to the point where I'm willing to spend a little more money at the grocery store just so I can get out of there.

Trying to find an employee in ANY of our local Walmarts is ridiculous. Took me 45 minutes to get a key made in one that didn’t have a car dept and only hardware. One poor guy stood there the whole time with me with his little paint sampler to try and get a paint can made. I talked to a manager THREE TIMES, all in which she made a call on her radio for an employee to come to hardware. Both of us finally left and went to a different Walmart. I know this isn’t the case in all of them, but it just makes me dread having to go walk four football fields to find an employee. And if I find one, not have them pass me off to some unseen employee.
