Okay, what party is there that thinks government should be shrunk back to the smallest necessary size to deal with its Constitutional obligations (not counting the twisted commerce clause)?

Because that is what I am for, Government out of my business, my toilet tank, my light sockets, my kid's lunch tray at school, my back yard, my bedroom, my house, and off my land.

I do not support homosexuality nor their crap they want to call marriage because it isn't.

I have been repeatedly slandered here as supposedly doing so because I think government should stay out of private affairs, period, especially including, but not by any means limited to the list of things above. And don't tell me "Republican" because they're the ones who got into the light sockets and passed the crap that has grown into drones overhead. They're purt'near as statist as the Communists/Democrats.

So what party would you recommend for the people who are sick of government intrusion? And what could be more Conservative than wanting government limited to its Constitutional role?

My position is quite simple.

1. The federal government should ONLY be doing what it is Constitutionally mandated to do. Currently almost everything it does is not so, and therefore a huge uraveling/dismantling needs to happen, one way or another.

2. Most of the Libertarian Party Platform is as far away from the original intent of the Constitution as the Dem/Rep. parties. Open borders? The entire gamut of the homonazi agenda? Free rein/no holds barred porn/drugs/prostition/abortion?

The LP party is merely the ultra kook anarchy fringe of the left.

IMHO the only way to get back to a Constitutional Republic is for a collapse to happen (which also IMHO is inevtiable anyway) and we can hopefully try again. One point ignored by people who call themselves libertarians is that States can have all kinds of laws regulating human affiars that that fedgov is not given the power to meddle with. In the beginning of our country States had all kinds of laws for instance regulating sodomy (all had laws against it, with very severe punishments), obscenity and so on. Libertarians never touch this even when I’ve asked repeatedly.

But of course such a government and Constitution only will work with a moral and religious people, as the founders noted many times. So, intersting times.

Regaring what party? Both totally are rotten to the core. There are a tiny number of okay Republican congressment and some governors - okay ones, I didn’t say shining examples of perfection - but that’s it. The parties are both cess pits full of vipers.
