Back in 1968, we were saddled with ban on sales across state lines with that travesty the 1968 Gun Control Law.
The Hughes amendment was put in the legislation as a “Poison Pill” to kill it. It didn’t.
I reiterate: POS legislation.
It only partially repealed the 1968 law.
