If Bush had appointed someone remotely competent, and Bork had been confirmed under Reagan, we could have got a ruling that stated unequivocally, “Homosexual marriage is unconstitutional because it violates the Establishment Clause. Government cannot redefine a religious ceremony. Prop 8 Stands. All states recognizing homosexual marriage are acting unconstitutionally”

That is a fact.I have witnessed first hand some pro-gay marriage liberals squirm when discussing a known relationship that was incest-gay. I wanted to bring it up but it wasn't the right time or place. I remember thinking, "what's the difference?"

They can cite exploitation in polygamy all they want, they are adults and they made the CHOICE to be in a polygamist marriage. Who gave them the right to make the choice for them...yadda...yadda. But remember it's all about LOVE! Right? What if in the polygamist relationship the two women are getting it on for some side action?
