Polygamny makes virtually all women uncomfortable regardless of political orientation or family size. It only seems to work on a very small scale when all the wives get on well together and any inheritance is legally limited to one child or split evenly. If you think things are complicated now, imagine what would happen when those relationships go bad.
I don’t think it’s good either. But it does do a lot of things to make liberals squirm....well two things.
One.. it brings on images of women without careers stuck in the kitchen.
Two.. it strengthens the odds of multiple carbon-producing children who are taught to read the bible.
It’s more of a fight fire with fire proposition than something I really support. It’s not something I would participate in.
I think you would see that the majority of the left are much like this caller (even though he claimed he was GOP).
