A lawmaker who has been arrested twice in two months, hospitalized for a mental evaluation and accused of threatening to harm a Democratic Party leader could this week become the first person in Nevada history to be kicked out of the Legislature.

Probably should just throw the person in jail [probably needs to be charged with crimes].
hen he was arrested again Feb. 10 following a domestic disturbance involving his estranged wife. Las Vegas police alleged that Brooks threw punches and grabbed for an officer's gun. Clark County prosecutors charged him with one felony and three lesser charges which, if he is convicted, could subject him to fines up to $10,000 and as much as six years in jail.
I don’t see the problem. He was just expressing himself.
Amish!
I just knew it!
Mental instability is a requirement to be a Democrat politician.
Nevada gunners are saying "Hey, Assembly Democrats. The existing background check system is working: A lunatic Democrat assemblyman who threatened to kill the top Assembly Democrat legislator was denied a firearms purchase at the NICS check. Aren't you supposed to feel all warm and safe now? Oh, what's that? You went out and bought a gun to defend yourself from him? Interesting..."
Darn, I thought he was just turning his life around, which is hard when your peers are DemoRats.
If Obama had a brother with glasses...
Is this a crime or what? Never heard of it.
Damn! If that works in NV, then maybe it will work to expel Nancy Pelosi from the US House of Representatives!
No, this was a Democrat lawmaker.
Sounds more like he’s mentally ill. He should therefore be removed from office and undergo treatment. If he recovers from this, he should be free to run for office again.
RACIST !
