I just bought a raffle ticket from the local NRA that gives me the opportunity to win a M4. Is the NRA a “straw buyer?” If not, why not?

I won a gun once before. Once I won it, I had to pick it up at an FFL in Hastings and go through the NICS check.

If it goes through an FFL and the receiver goes through NICS, it's not a straw purchaser.
