Twice I have voted for Barack Obama, and I was supportive of his tax compromise earlier this year.

It is not a stretch to think that if emigration from states like CA begins to really snowball, they will charge an “exit fee’ like the IRS does on a national level. Especially when IRAs with all that deferred tax are involved.
