I don’t see in this story where they did anything wrong. Sounds like she wanted to go with them. Are the other teenagers to assume she was babout to get raped? I haven’t followed this story that closely, so please let me know if I am missing something here. Are the kids responsible for babysitting another kid? This isn’t the mentality I want my son growing up in.
Really? I have two sons. When they get older, I certainly hope they will step up and do their best to disallow a passed-out drunk girl from getting carried away by drunken assholes with history of this sort of thing.
(Rather, I hope they aren’t even near these types of parties, but if they are, I want them to do the right thing. And that means stepping in.)
From these two paragraphs there is nothing that crosses a legal threshold however there are several accounts of other teens who actually witnessed the rape/assualt. Apparently there is a video of a teen joking that the girl must be dead because (paraphrasing) no one could sleep through anal sodomy.
Why else would two boys carry a drunk girl off bodily? Based on videos of their filthy language that accompanied this situation, they probably made their intentions to rape crystal clear.
They were all drinking illegally and depending on one another not to call the police; but their partying is over now because they did nothing to save this girl's health, not even call the parents in whose house this was taking place to help out. But the party in jail will just be startin' when those two nice-looking boys get there.
