Personally, had that been my daughter, no matter *HOW* drunk she got, what she said or did... there would be a few shallow graves and some rubble where the house was and the football stadium was.

Rape? In any other state, these kids would not even be charged. There was zero intercourse. Wasn’t it a finger. I am not trying to belittle that fact, but only in Ohio is that considered rape.
