Seems I heard this line before, say in 1972, 73, 74, 75 on Radio Hanoi to South Vietnam and by their supporters in the anti-Vietnam movement.
No. Vietnam only gave back several hundred So. Vietnamese soldiers and civilians after the 1973 so-called “Paris Peace Agreement” instead of the tens of thousands of kidnapped civilians and many ARVN POWs.
Seems Hanoi also forgot (on purpose), to give back all US POWS/MIAs as was stated in the “peace treaty”. Known POWS never came home and some known POWS who were in very good health came back in cigar boxes, like Lt. Ron Dodge.
Kerry, true to form, is still the same old appeasor he was back in the 1970’s. In this case, consistency is not a good thing for America.
