Sometimes I post obtuse replies where I presume too much.
The woman pictured is Jessica Alba. The picture was a promo shot from when she starred in a show called, ‘Dark Angel’ about 10 years ago. The show took place in a near-future United States during a time of near chaos and anarchy that followed the detonation of an EMP over New York City which “turned all the 1s to 0s.” (That is a reference to the binary system used in computer programming languages.)
