Or as usual, the Dems ask for a trillion and the Repubs compromise with bipartisanship and give them 3/4 of what they ask for.
That’s how it usually goes.
The only good thing that could come out of this is if Lindsay Gayham voted for it and maybe the lower part of SC will get some brains and help the conservatives vote that POS out of office!!!
If this Senate bill can be regarded as an appropriations bill, then please note the following. The Constitution’s Clause 1 of Section 7 of Article I clearly indicates that appropriations bills must originate in the House of Representatives.
