The fact that Mao was quoted is not nearly as bad as the fact that they BOTCHED THE QUOTE.

Mao didn’t say that he wanted people to be “satiable in learning”; he said EXACTLY THE OPPOSITE: he wanted people to “insatiable in learning”. Not only are the Dept of “Education” folks commie sympathizers, they are also morons.
