In my experience, most PhDs from Howard are a joke. It is a school that stands out as a producer of badly educated, yet pompous, arrogant, hostile fools who can only earn a living in an equally lame educational setting.
Or, they are perfect govt employees. Little commissars who know they must toe the line, since they could never earn 1/10th as much anywhere else.
