Go to the doctor when you are ill and forget checkups. No data, no records, no government intrusion.

Up until the 50s, that’s what people did. No health insurance, either.

You can’t just ‘go to’ a doctor when you are ill any more. You have to be ‘established’ with them- which means a check-up- or as I like to call it, an interrogation and data-mining session. This allows you the privilege of going to see them when you are sick or in need of care. They WILL get you one way or another.

Never go unless you want a bullet removed, a knife taken out of you or certain bones are broken..period. I went for broken ribs twice in 2010 and the tests, xrays, MRI’s should have kept that place running for the whole year. What did they they do? Gave me three pills each visit and scheduled me for a colonoscopy. Cheaper to buy the Oxycodin from the kid next door, which I did. And no, nobody wags their finger even in my face.
