Don’t ever talk like this to the dispatcher. Better to put the phone down and mumble to yourself if you need to build up your courage to kill or shoot in self-defense.
Meth.
Forget the Swiss gun laws.
The left wants to take this right away from us. The left wants the underclass to waltz right in, rape the women and take what is “rightfully” theirs. A little “income redistribution.”
The answer is a little lead redistribution.
OMG!... Time to buy a gun!
I live in Ponca City, and I’m just finding out about this on Free Republic????
Holy Crap
Welcome to Free Republic. Way to start out strong!
You apparently know much more than I do: Have the Osage been at that location since the dawn of time?
Or was perhaps that great parcel of land, the Osage Nation country, simply sitting empty and awaiting their arrival? No wars, no battles, no skirmishes with other peoples?
I think you will find that “turning the case over the the DA or county Attorney is SOP in any homicide.
You joined today and your first reply is an insult to another member. I suspect your time here won't be long.
Welcome to FreeRepublic.
Your ability to see through the monitor and know the race of the poster is astounding. Hope you can teach this valuable skill to others here.
In the meantime, just disregard the distinct smell of ozone around you. Really, it’s nothing to be concerned about.
This is how it goes:
Incident happens
Police respond (time variable)
Police conduct on-scene investigation
Police complete a report
Police send report to DA
DA decides whether or not to prosecute.
(and in the meantime, any follow-up interviews are conducted, the results of those interviews (by police) are also sent to the DA for consideration)
Just because a report is sent to the DA does not mean the homeowner will be prosecuted. In this case, the charges will probably be against the B&E suspect.
Long answer short-almost all police-responding calls will result in a report to the DA. Does not always mean charges will be made.
” If anyone as a right to complain about illegal immigrants, it would be them,”
Nothing illegal about immigration into the US at that time.
Nothing.
No POE’s, no immigration law, no control over the border (in fact, those all-so-innocent-and-peace-loving indians didn’t believe in borders, right?).
And today’s indians are receiving boat-loads of federal aid and assistance so there is no reason they can’t use the education they are provided, the free medical care to mature, grow and become accomplished. But yet. . .they usually don’t.
They instead remain on the reservation drinking and doing drugs, abetting drug-smugglers and engaging in criminal acts.
Of course, we must understand they are suffering from historical PTSD. . .not their fault, such fragile creatures.
Oh. . .and welcome to FR. . .too bad your stay will be so short.
Having lived in the Osage Nation/Osage County, I think all of you are conflating multiple issues and adding more heat than light to the discussion. Yes, there are Mexicans in Ponca City but I don’t get where that is part of the original post or the 911 call.
As to the origin of the Osage Tribe having that reservation east of Ponca City, they were moved there from Kansas in order to give agricultural land over to homesteaders. They got the OK land in trade because the feds thought it was worthless. The tribe got the last laugh with the discovery of the huge oil field there that resulted in the establishment of Phillips Petroleum and Conoco, among many others.
Wrap it up in quotation marks and I’ll know that. I don’t memorize all previous replies.
Thanks. I thought I'd see if anyone knew how that worked there (just a routine review of the incident).
