I will be honest, that I have been withholding judgment on this, because it seems so odd. But more details are making it a bit more believable, though still odd.
The woman did no shoot herself (shot in leg) and the child, because it would be too evident to the police.
She has positively ID’d the perps, which is also odd for a cover story. Most such people want a way out, but have too much to worry about with making a positive ID claim. If an alibi is provided, it throws the suspicion back on them.
If this is legit, it is a black on white crime that is 100 times worse than little Trayvon Martin's best-case (for prosecution) scenario. Think we'll get a comment from the Bamster given the family resemblance of the perps?

Folks, we must return to swift, sure justice, along with holding the parents criminally responsible for the violent crimes of their children. I guarantee that if we jail criminally negligent (that's what they are!) parents, then responsible parents will apply a tighter rein on their kids, while the rest will have less time to make more criminals.
