Confused. Why, if you are contracting privately with your Dr for services, are they telling you OCA regs apply? Or do you purchase pvt insurance on your own?
That’s what I’m wondering. The gov’t can micro manage Docs even if it’s not insurance related? If I were a DocI would have to do something to fight for what’s right other than retire early.
My company moved everyone to contractor/per-Diem status. SOL.
My understanding is Drs have to follow the same rules for people who pay cash as they do for Insurance companies (a sop to the Insurance companies in the law). No more price breaks. This is intended to sweep in people who are self-insured. Otherwise, Insurance companies would lose a lot of customers as people (who can afford to) move away from them to get away from the ridiculous rules.
Mayor Bloomberg would be proud of this coercive state of affairs. It’s rigid by design.
Because, this is government run and operated “socialized” health-care and no American will be allowed to cut the government out of its “dues” by contracting with the government doctor to get better health-care than any other American (now socialist).
There is no secrets, nothing private about this government health-care, and nothing you say or disclose to your doctor will remain private, since all health records are now electronically recorded and will be disclosed to any government lackey who wants to read about you.
Why do you think Obumbum just signed EO for health personnel to ask you every time you go to see the doctor (or in this case a PA, no doctor will be available anymore) “Do you have any firearms in your home?”
No such thing as a “private” doctor, the government has just nationalized America’s health-care, period!
