Boeing did not MOVE to South Carolina. The built a second (2nd) plant.
MOVING means to take every thing to a new location.
I think the article talked about Colt and others MOVING to a different location. I did not see a word in the article about building a second plant. R.T.W.D.Q. Then R.T.W.D.A. Sheesh! Some people's kids.
