Thank you for putting this into words. I think we all FEEL it - but it is enormously helpful to have in in black and white.
I completely agree. I think so much of what Chuck has said in this book is what is 'preached' here daily. I applaud CEW for being in a position, and possessing the courage, to get this in black and white and it is my honor to count him as a fellow FReeper and FRiend.
