The reporting is only slightly useful , as reported by Gosnells subordinates in Filthadelphia they re-use “single use” medical equipment... this has 2 purposes ,,, firstly it saves them money at the expense of spreading disease from woman to woman and secondly it is part of their income tax avoidance plan ,,, underreport , show a smaller number of disposables bought if necessary to produce documentation and ONLY report credit card sales , never report cash transactions.
