I just read an article in the Tulsa World about it and the State Regulators don’t intend to defy the Federal action - they just say it’s “inefficient” and will cost the consumer more. That’s as far as they’re going. They don’t say that it’s illegal for the Feds to do what they are doing.
Basically, this is going “nowhere” as far as this issue in Oklahoma is concerned.
Y’all can “stand down” now ... because NOTHING is going on here ... :-)
BUT ... you might contact TEXAS, MISSOURI and WYOMING ... because they got the exact same notification as Oklahoma.
