In the original post on the fun message board, this dad explained his actions when the thugs broke into his home. He came home and put his phone into the first officer’s face he saw, with his attorney on the end of the line. Those officers got the hell it of the house immediately. They wouldn’t I’d themselves or anything. He was on the ball....
There should be a taped recording of EVERY single office that responded to that call somewhere in the police depts. records. That is the evidence need. Additionally, there should also be a “log” of which CPA was the also there.
I’m not a lawyer but, I would get access to those records and then start my lawsuits. This might make the home owner a bit of nice change from the city coffers. Where’s a “GOOD” lawyer when ya need one?
