"A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed." If government civil service agencies are going to stock up on "military" grade weapons for possible use against the people of the free state, then it only makes sense that the people of said free state (ie, the militia) exercise their 2nd amendment rights to stock up on same to defend themselves from the very real possibility of government overstepping its constitutional bounds, ie, tyranny and oppression.
