You may disagree with someone, but it doesn’t make them an idiot. If you had listened to Mr. Prager for any length of time, you wouldn’t be labeling him as such.
You will notice that nowhere in the author’s disagreement did he label Dennis or his position as idiotic. Your argument was lost from the outset by usage of “idiotic” because it makes no statement as to how it is idiotic.
