I think your right. I also think he did this deliberately by rolling the dice on a lawsuit lottery. He just needed the school to take the bait which they did. He is 57, living in Florida and 2.2 mil,I would have asked for more, will go a long way to a comfortable retirement even after the lawyers cut.
