I wonder if it ever occurred to the nimrod Boner that he could pass a CR to fund continuing government operations except that ObamaCare would be suspended until such time, if any, that the president proposed alternative cuts for review?

El Presidente would then have the monkey on his back of either finding alternative cuts or shutting down the gvernment to keep ObamaCare.
