Why do appeasers of the Democrats in the Republican party rise to the top in the presidential primaries? Since McCain/Feingold, we have had bums who lose politely to the Democrats. First McCain; now Mitt Romney. I wonder if those two getting the presidential nomination has to do with the anti free speech McCain/Feingold bill?
