This was tried back in 1967 ~ they burned down Detroit.

The only thing that comes to mind is Watts.....that worked out so well the last time it was tried. ;-) Didn't work so well in Chicago in 1968 either. There are still parts of the City that have never been re-built and IMO serve as a "reminder."

Watts happened because of white cops aggressively targeting blacks, not because of corrupt politicians per se.
