Some received a car but with the out-break of war on Sept.1, 1939 Hitler ordered Ferdinand Porches car to be made into a military vehicle. The money in the account was later confiscated by the Russians in 1945. So much for ''the peoples car''. As far as incompetence , yes Obama is way out in front of Hitler.
