...but has yet to pick up because it was used and there is a 20-day wait on such guns so the police in Arizona can determine whether it was stolen... Yeah, right. Thinly veiled attempt to delay the purchase of a gun. There is a national music store that sells used musical equipment but will not allow them for sale until it determines if they were stolen or not. Is AZ saying they can't determine if a gun is stolen or not until someone tries to buy it? I call BS.
