I heard a priest say that it was Holy Spirit that chose the Pope, and the Cardinal’s job to match that choice. I wonder if they were unanimous or if that is a requirement.

That’s been my question also. If it’s not unanimous did the Holy Spirit tell some different than others? Rather inconsistent of the Holy Spirit it seems.
