I don't know what you are talking about. I just clicked on the link including the one in the body of comments, and I did not get one popup. If I get one there is a x in the upper right corner of the popup I click on and the popup disappears. I suggest you do the same.
Also if you don't have a popup stopper, I urge you to get one stat
