Officials charged that she voted in her own name by absentee ballot and also in person at the polls . . .

Why the PC tip-toeing? She did it and she admitted it. She admitted it because it is very easy to prove. I'm not sure how things work in Hamilton County, Ohio, but here in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania (where I have poll watched), every voter on the registration log has "Absentee Ballot" stamped across their name if they have requested one.

The voter is required to ask for and void said absentee ballot if they show up in person. The poll workers are required to check the absentee ballots which have been turned in, pull and void any such ballots when the person shows up in person. As a poll worker, she and her fellow workers had to be complicit in perpetuating this fraud.

Safeguards are similar in every other jurisdiction where I have lived. This is why the poll worker is admitting what she did: because there is no way to deny it.

Her mindset is fully revealed by her statement [this action] "was no intent on my part to commit any voter fraud."

IOW, she felt what she was doing was legitimate as evidenced by her statement "I'll fight it for Mr. Obama and Mr. Obama's right to sit as president of the United States . . ."

This is typical lefty think, that the end (their rights) justify the means, laws and rules being mere technicalities to be ignored if inconvenient or disruptive to their ends.

laws and rules being mere technicalities...

That is directly from the radical democratic play book. I wonder if the media would cover this if it was republican voter fraud? What a big, BIG pile of steaming crap!!!
