Gee, I can't imagine why doctors might balk at handling medicare/medicaid patients, when the latest round of "cost cutting," AKA reducing payments to doctors for their services, would lead to a reduction in supply of doctors willing to work for less than it costs to do the paperwork required to fill out, and then wait 3-6 months for payment. And if there's the tiniest error in that paperwork, the government will simply refuse payment.

No, nobody could have possibly predicted this!

This is a fabulous Dem idea, because it also solves another problem, Social Security. If we could just bring life expectancy down 3-4 years, we’d be doing great - in fact, we could spend the money on education, the poor, etc...

Killing old people is Obama’s plan for reducing the Natoin’s health care. Pretty obvious what the elite are doing here. It will also wipe out a bunch of pesky American-American whitey voters who cling to their guns, constitution and God, - sooner than later.
