Irrelevant. The only way this crap will stop is if there are PERSONAL consequences to those responsible for these gestapo tactics. From the Tax assessor to the JBTs who arrested her, all should at the very least be made to pay large judgements out of theri personal assets, and jail time would be better still. Never happen of course.
