The take away i get from this is that we live in a security state where internal security is the ultimate and over-riding goal of the government. Anything including roaming hellfire predator drones, domestic spying on our electronic communications, FBI warrantless “letter of national security: searches, VIPR checkpoints on highways, etc,, are all done openly now.

They are doing exercises designed to train them how to subdue the civilian population of urban areas around the country. This would alarm people so they are couching it in cutesy names, like zombie apocalypse.
