I spent two tours keeping track of these goons. They’re the biggest bluffers in the world.I wouldn't consider them bluffing this time. They are taking things much more seriously right now, and think we are trying to topple their government. (Which, we probably are) If they feel these excercises are an existential threat, we can't just think this is bluffing.
