whats to investigae.she admitted it,but she is a negro Uh, no - she's as white as her German surname would suggest. IMO, the investigation should not focus on the voter in this case, but on the poll worker(s) who handed out a ballot when a vote was already recorded next to the voter's name.

I agree. We'll always have dishonest people but there are whole networks that facilitate voter fraud.
Poll workers and outside groups that register voters are the two main sources of voter fraud. A couple years back we had several legal immigrants caught illegally voting and they claimed that the SEIU registered them to vote and threatened that they could be deported if they failed to vote.
