Judge Napolitano discusses emails from the Department of Agriculture that proves the sequester cuts are not predetermined therefore by doing things like releasing prisoners, laying off soldiers or not inspecting meat President Obama is putting the American public in danger, which is impeachable.

What difference does it make?
Is using the powers of your office to produce a political benefit for your party:
1. An impeachable offense.
2. What all politicians do.
A Democrat is putting the American public in danger.
One political party is fully emasculated and busy trying to get pretty for their next date with the other political party.
The other political party is busy being abusive and treasonous, so this being impeachable will go exactly nowhere due to both parties being dysfunctional and continuing an “abuser/abused” relationship.
The Obama's sure aren't suffering from sequester---their teen daughter was spotted at Buddakhan---a pricey NYC restaurtant---scoffing up rock shrimp, edamame dumplings, short ribs, lobster fried rice........replete w/ five Secret Service guards dining nearby?

Part of the Obama Team's Dumb and Dumber political strategy----to punish eighth graders visiting the WH from Illinois, instead of slapping down federal trough swillers----like employees of the Agriculture Dept who will attend a California conference sipping "exceptional local wines" and sampling "tasty dishes" prepared by "special guest chefs."

If people die from eating poisoned meat or any other poisoned food because obama ordered inspectors not to inspect it, libs will be overjoyed. But I’m confused. I thought conservatives would be happy that meat inspections are stopped. Less govt. spending.
