We can hope they are. What IS happening, is this one simple question could not be answered by the administration because they wanted the options to kill Americans on their whim. Period. That’s what people should be taking away from this.

Congress has relinquished it’s power to the Executive Branch. It has allowed Obama to refuse to enforce existing laws and to create his own ones. He is guilty of impeachable offences.
